What is an Experiential Gift?

At Silver Aisle, we believe that the most meaningful gifts are not things, but moments. Our experiential vouchers are thoughtfully curated to offer just that — the chance to enjoy something truly special.

From fine dining to spa escapes, hands-on workshops to spirited mixology sessions, our collection offers something for every personality and mood. Whether it's a moment of indulgence, discovery, relaxation, or fun we hope this gift becomes a memory you will treasure.

How do I redeem my voucher?

  • Booking: Simply call the number printed on your voucher to schedule your experience. Bookings are made at a mutually convenient time between you and our partner vendor.
  • Notice Period: We recommend providing at least 48 hours' notice to ensure availability and a seamless experience.
  • If You Encounter Any Difficulties: Should you have trouble reaching the vendor, please contact us directly at +94 71 225 8888 and we will be happy to assist.

Can I redeem my voucher on any day of the week?

Most experiences are available throughout the week. However, availability may be limited on certain peak days or festive dates (such as Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, or Valentine's Day), when venues often host special events. For example, we do not recommend scheduling mixology experiences over the weekend as bars may be at full capacity.

What if my voucher has expired?

Our vouchers are valid until the date mentioned on the certificate. Should your voucher lapse, please contact us — while extensions are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to assist.

Can I bring additional guests?

Yes, in many cases you can. Please reach out to us beforehand so we may confirm with the vendor and make the necessary arrangements. Additional charges may apply.

General Terms & Conditions

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Silver Aisle and its partner vendors reserve the right to amend or substitute experiences of equal value, should unforeseen circumstances arise.
  • For dining experiences specifically, when you arrive at the restaurant, you will be presented with a specially curated Silver Aisle menu. From there, you may choose what delights you most in the moment.
  • Please note that once a booking has been confirmed, cancellation or rescheduling policies of the vendor will apply.
  • Our Partners: Silver Aisle works only with carefully chosen vendors who are leaders in their fields. While we take great care in our selection, the experience itself is delivered by the vendor, and Silver Aisle cannot accept liability for any loss, injury, dissatisfaction, or incident that may occur during or after the redemption of the voucher.
