The cake is never shipped to you or from you. It is baked in Sri Lanka and delivered to the address you enter, so there is no customs and nothing arrives stale. The 2pm cut-off is Sri Lanka time rather than your own, so a UK order placed in the morning and an Australian order placed before early evening both fall inside the same day window.
