Once received, the recipient lets us know which brand(s) they’d like to redeem it with, and we’ll arrange the relevant voucher(s). They can then visit the store and enjoy their experience at their own pace.

All redemption details and terms will be shared within the voucher issued.

• Valid for twelve (12) months from the date of dispatch.
• Redeemable exclusively at the brand’s designated physical retail store(s); full details will be shared with the recipient. Not redeemable via the brand’s website.
• The voucher value is inclusive of applicable taxes. Any amount exceeding the voucher value, including additional taxes, must be settled directly by the recipient.
• Not valid on items already discounted, on promotion, or part of sale pricing, unless expressly permitted by the brand.
• Redeemable for a single transaction only; any unutilised balance will not be carried forward.
• Not redeemable for cash and is non-transferable.
