4. Our team in Sri Lanka prepares the gift, quality checks it and delivers it in an air conditioned vehicle on the date you have chosen. There is no shipping, no customs and no waiting.

The 2pm rule, read in UK time

The same day cut-off is 2pm Sri Lanka time, not your local time. Colombo runs ahead of the UK, so a gift ordered over your morning coffee still arrives before the recipient’s evening. Orders confirmed after the cut-off are delivered the following day, and any gift can be scheduled weeks ahead for a birthday or anniversary you would rather not leave to chance.
